How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days with every feature, up to 2 databases and 5 GB of storage. A card is required at checkout; you're charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before. One trial per account.
What happens when I reach my storage limit?
Vaultly warns you by email and in the dashboard at 80% and 95%. At the limit, new backups pause and you're told clearly. Nothing is ever deleted early. Backups resume automatically as older copies expire, or right away if you upgrade or delete older backups you don't need.
What if I cancel?
Scheduled backups stop, and your existing backups are kept for 14 days. You get an email right away, a reminder after a week, and a final warning one day before they're deleted. You can download or restore them throughout, or reactivate to keep everything.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time from the Billing page. Moving down to Starter switches hourly databases to daily; if you're over Starter's limits, extra databases and new backups pause until you're within them. Nothing is deleted early.
